Transportation company is seeking experienced, self motivated, organized dispatcher to join our team. Dispatcher will manage a fleet of drivers ensuring profitability, performance, safety and retention of drivers. Duties include:
Manage the day to day operations and fleet, search for loads if no freight is available; advise drivers and help them manage their time using ELDs, ensure loads are picked up and delivered on time & schedule pickups and deliveries as needed, Requesting revised rate confirmations for lumpers, layovers & detention. Prior OTR and Reefer experience is required.
