Lake Shore Plaza Wait List is open as of November 8, 2021

Lake Shore Plaza is located at 445 E Ohio and we are accepting applications for our HUD based section 8 waitlist.
We are taking applications for 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

How can you apply:
1. You can apply by coming to the building and picking up an application from our front desk.
2. You can email waitlist-lsp@related.com and we will email you an application.
*All applications must be filled out in its entirety and returned to the building. When you arrive at the property the front desk will direct you to the drop box. Please use the date and time stamper and stamp your application, then place in the drop box.

When can you apply:
The waitlist will open November 8, 2021 at 9am. The waitlist will stay open until we 300 applications for 1bedrooms, 150 applications for 2bedrooms and 75 applications for 3 bedrooms.

Where can you apply:
You can pick up an application from 445 E Ohio – front desk or email waitlist-lsp@related.com to receive an application via email.
*ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE DROPPED OFF AT 445 E OHIO. When you arrive at the property the front desk will direct you to the drop box. Please use the date and time stamper and stamp your application, then place in the drop box.
