FIELD COORDINATOR
Apollo Commercial Maintenance is looking for a BI-LINGUAL Field Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an operational role that will report to the Director of Operations with future growth opportunities for the right individual.
As the primary contact between Apollo field crews and the account management team, the Field Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of scheduling, tracking, and reporting on work in order to maintain company standards.
Responsibilities
• Review time & materials on projects for invoicing/budget/reporting purposes
• Schedule & report on daily maintenance activities
• Maintain continuous communication with field teams
• Communicate & problem solve with field teams
• Meet on-site with clients, vendors, inspectors & leasing agents
• Make sure job materials are available for scheduled projects
• Conduct regularly scheduled property inspections to identify & communicate issues/deficiencies
Qualifications
• BI-LINGUAL in English/Spanish REQUIRED
• Experience in a construction, facility maintenance, landscaping or related service industry preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented & hard working
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Great sense of humor, team player & good with people
• Interested in a career, not just a job.

Requerimientos físicos:
– Debe ser capaz de agarrar,girar y sostener objetos con las manos.
– Debe poder trabajar de pie durante al menos 8 horas.
– Se requieren movimientos rápidos para ir de una parte del restaurante a otra.
– Debe poder mover, jalar, transportar o levantar al menos 35 libras.
– Ocasionalmente, arrodíllese, inclínese, agáchese y trepar según sea necesario.
– Debe poder pararse, caminar, levantar, agacharse y subir escaleras durante largos períodos de tiempo.

The Board of Fire & Police Commissioners of Homewood, IL will hold written examinations on 03/11/2023 at 9:00 AM to establish an eligibility list for the position of POLICE OFFICER.
Testing is being conducted to establish an eligibility list for current openings as well as for anticipated future hiring needs.
Completed applications must be RECEIVED at the Homewood Police Department no later than 7:00 am on 03/03/2023.
ENTRY LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS
• Applicants for examination must be citizens of the United States and/or an alien admitted for permanent residence or lawfully admitted for temporary residence and who produces evidence of intention to become a citizen of the United States.
• Applicants must be of good moral character, of temperate habits, of sound health and must be physically able to perform the duties of the position applied for. The burden of establishing these facts rests upon the applicant.
• Applicants shall be at least 21 and under 35 years of age at such time as they take the initial written examination, unless exempt from such age limitation as provided in 65 ILCS 5/10-2.1-6. Proof of birth date shall be required at time of application.
• Applicants must have a minimum of sixty (60) college credit hours earned at a certified college or university accredited in the candidate’s field of study by a nationally recognized accrediting agency. Applicants currently certified by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board who have been with their respective law enforcement agency within the state for at least two (2) years at the time of application are exempt from the education requirement.
