Summary/Objective
We are looking for both 1st and 2nd shift Class A CDL Drivers with local Intermodal Experience. You must have at least 6 months of Intermodal driving experience or 1 year of other CDL driving experience otherwise you may inquire about our training program.

Essential Functions

Operate company-owned and leased trucks between all Rails and Depots in the Chicagoland and surrounding areas
Out of town moves (all within 250 miles of the Locke Transportation yard) – HOME EVERY DAY
Perform required before-, during- and after-operation “user maintenance” and provide required reports.
Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations
Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.
Maintain and protect all property in excellent condition.
Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
Time Management

$20 (Beginner)-$28 (10+ year exp.) per hour based on skill level to be determined after interview and road test.

Transportation company is looking for CDL A local driver in River Grove, IL area. This is strictly local position, you will be home every night. We are working Monday to Friday with one Saturday every 4 -5 weeks. Start time is in the morning or afternoon. We specialize in LTL, dry van and reefer freight, dock to dock pick up and delivery. We pay $21 p/h plus $13 for every stop on morning shift and $24 p/h plus $11 for stop in the afternoon … you can expect around 60 hours per week.
