We are looking for an experienced maintenance person who is available for full or part-time work with our property management company. We are located in the Austin Neighborhood.

The person we are looking for needs to have significant experience in a variety of areas such as plumbing, minor electrical, painting, drywall repair, flooring and carpentry. The individual must have some tools, a valid driver license, be able to work in the US, and a vehicle to go between buildings. The rate of pay is DOE (depends on expertise).
