Property management firm seeks HVAC maintenance mechanic for employment. Duties include repair of HVAC systems, minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry of commercial and residential properties. This is a full time position, not a seasonal job. Student applicants welcome, regular business hours, weekly opportunities for overtime. Requires basic hand tools, drivers license, work permit and/or citizenship, and running transport. Pay range is between 17.00-22.00/hr plus benefits.
