RE-OPENING THE WAITING LISTS Palmer Square Apartments is re-opening their Section 8 Subsidized Housing Waiting Lists for their One (1)-bedroom (2) bedroom apartments and Three (3)-bedroom apartments ONE DAY ONLY on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 9:00am – 3:00pm. We will only accept the first one hundred and twenty (120) names of interested persons for the One (1)-bedroom apartments and eighty (80) names of interested persons for the (2)bedroom and (20) Twenty names of interested for the Three (3)-bedroom apartments. Persons interested in signing up to receive a pre-application card must call the Management Office at (773) 342-0055. NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Armitage Commons Apartments is a federally subsidized Section 8 Family Development which is PROJECT BASED and therefore cannot accept vouchers or certificates.
