The Department of Public Works is looking to hire seasonal employees for six months. This is not janitorial work.

Summary:
(Experience in one of the following is required)
• Mowing and landscaping
• Branch chipping
• Basic maintenance of vehicles
• Building maintenance
• Perform related duties and manual labor as assigned
• Snow removal as needed

Qualifications:
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Ability to maintain working relationships with co-workers
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

Compensation:
The starting rate for the position is $11.50.
