The NATIONAL YOUTH ADVOCATE PROGRAM (NYAP), an energetic instrument of compassion and change in the lives of children, youth, and families and the systems, structures and practices that affect them, intents to apply for FY 2019 21st Century Community Learning Centers’ grant funds in collaboration with Chicago Public Schools, Community Schools Initiative to provide academic enrichment opportunities for children in grades pre-kindergarten to 12th grade to improve student academic achievement and overall student success.
