Private daycare center in Bucktown is hiring a full time Kitchen Help/ School Aide.

Experience in the following areas is a plus:
– previous food handling experience
– previous experience in a childcare setting

Responsibilities include:
– Portioning and plating 3 meals a day for 45 children (No cooking is done on site)
– Meal clean-up, washing and sanitizing dishes
– Light cleaning of classrooms, including vacuuming
– Weekly laundry to wash cot sheets, pinnies, and other school materials
– Light cleaning of the school entrances outside
– Assisting teachers in classrooms throughout the day
– Assisting outside on the playground

Candidate MUST speak English, be able to work at a fast pace and be detail-oriented.
